  1. What is the shipping time for orders?
  • Items are dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product, however,  it generally takes 3-4 weeks. (Sometimes earlier!) Rest assured, we work hard to get your eco-friendly goodies to you as quickly as possible.
  1. Are your products truly eco-friendly?
  • Absolutely! We carefully curate a selection of products that are sustainable, responsibly sourced, and environmentally friendly as possible.

  1. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
  • We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@lucaandcostore.com, with photos of the item and the packaging and we'll assist you in resolving the issue. Refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
  1. Do you offer international shipping?
  • Yes! Our online store is currently only set up to ship to Australia however, please contact us directly on info@lucaandcostore.com so we can accurately quote the shipping costs to your location direct from our supplier.
